I swear that the above information is true and accurate and my child has my permission to participate in this Overnight activity. I understand that if my child misbehaves, is unruly, or is causing problems in any way, my child will be removed from play, I will be called and will have to pick them up immediately. I understand that this game is played all night long and sleep may come hard in the course of play thus my child has the option to bring a tent of their own that they can set up in the common area, off of the paintball fields to sleep in if they want, and that protection of any property they bring with is not the responsibility of Jungle Cat Paintball. I understand and have explained all of these provisions to my child.   NOTE: MINORS STILL NEED A SIGNED YOUTH FORM.

Age limit for this event is 12yrs old or older.  If parents have any concerns please bring they up ahead of time so we may address them.     Attach your $20.00 non-refundable registration fee. Registration will be limited to the first 100 registrants. Registration will not be complete until it is received by mail or delivered in person to Jungle Cat Paintball.
